On August 21 we will be having Worship in the Park followed by a box lunch and an opportunity for Pontoon Rides.  Please submit the form below with your order for box lunches  and click on the box if you desire to go out on a pontoon ride.  Boxed lunches are $7 each and you may pay with cash or with a check made out to the First Presbyterian Church and "boxed lunch" written in the memo line.

  Sandwiches:   For each person below place the number of your sandwich selection.  In addition please place click in the box if you plan on going on a pontoon ride.

     Choice # 1. Turkey and provolone on wheat

    Choice # 2. Turkey and provolone on white

    Choice # 3. Ham and Colby Jack on wheat

    Choice # 4. Ham and Colby Jack on  white

    Choice # 5. Roast Beef and cheddar on wheat

    Choice # 6. Roast Beef and cheddar on white     

example if pastor Paul desires a Ham and colby jack on wheat and intends to go on the pontoons he would fill in the following information.
